Pond Dipping

Come along and spend some time finding out what water creatures might be lurking in the ponds at Kingswood. Who knows, there might even be dragons!

Our expert Stroud Valleys Project Officer will be doing some net and bucket dipping to find and identify some of the creatures that make these vital habitats their home.

The ponds are home to a thriving population of rare and protected Great Crested Newts, as well as a host of other weird and wonderful creatures!

This is a free event, but places are limited, so booking is essential. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Donations are welcomed.
