Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Stroud Valleys Project (“SVP”).
Stroud Valleys Project The first prize is one family ticket to Chalfest 2026. No cash alternative is available. SVP takes no responsibility for any potential cancellation or postponement of Chalfest.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are registered Friends (paid supporters) of SVP by 11am on Thursday 18 June 2026.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Free entry is available by sending a postcard with your full name, address, email address and phone number to:

Postal entries must arrive by 11am on Thursday 18 June 2026.One entry per person. Entries received after the closing date will not be included. The draw will take place at noon on Thursday 18 June 2026.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible Friends within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the details they provide when they become a Friend either online or in person in the SVP eco shop.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, SVP reserves the right to select another winner. SVP reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
Personal data will only be used for administering the prize draw and in accordance with SVP’s privacy policy. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions. SVP’s decision is final.
