Geocaching is like questing – with modern technology!
Join SVP and our friends at Dursley Welcome Walkers for a circular walk through Hermitage Wood to reveal the hidden geocaches dotted around the route.
This is an ideal introduction to geocaching for all ages; experienced geocachers are also welcome.
Children can go for free, but must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult. You must have a smartphone and have downloaded the app before the event (Android: Geocaching or Apple: Geocaching); children can share with carers/parents.
The walk will be on established paths with short sections which may be muddy. There are no steep inclines but there are four stiles. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.
