Earth Day at the Museum in the Park

Join Stroud Valleys Project and the Museum in the Park to help us celebrate Earth Day 2023.

Whether you want to be a Garden Guardian, or join in with our Landscapes of Lark festival, we have lots of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Cut out and colour your own Skylark kite, fold origami butterflies, or create your own discovery trail around the park with our journey bags.

Join us at the Museum in the Park in Stroud’s Stratford Park for this FREE event, and help us to celebrate the Stroud District’s wonderful wildlife.

As well as Stroud Valleys Project, from 11am to 4pm there will also be delicious sourdough pizzas on sale, freshly prepared and cooked by Velo, a Wild Escape butterfly-inspired installation on show in Gallery Two, and the Society of Wood Engravers new exhibition opening from 2pm to 4pm

Landscapes of the Lark is supported by the Cotswold National Landscape’s Farming in Protected Landscapes fund. Garden Guardians is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
