Individual Membership

We are delighted with the steady increase in SVP membership - the easy way to find out about and join in with our work.  Membership costs from as little as £10 per year, and provides regular exclusive newsletters, events programmes and reduced rates for events – as well as the knowledge that your donation is really helping us to continue improving the local environment.

Use these forms to join SVP or renew your membership today:

  Friends joining form 844 Kb

  Friends renewal form - April2010-Mar2011 25 Kb

   Gift Aid form 180 Kb

By joining us, you are helping to ensure that long-term environmental change for the better continues to happen at the grassroots level.  Although the environmental problems seem huge, and often on an international scale, making a difference to our wildlife and to people’s lives really can happen in the places where we live.

Your membership fees help to cover our core costs.  These are the essential costs of renting the office and other overheads needed to maintain a support base for our projects enabling environmental work in local communities to happen – a part of any project that funders often are reluctant to cover. So your contribution helps us to continue to provide excellent and effective value for money, and also provides us with a more secure financial base.

Corporate Support

SVP works with the business world in ways that further its charitable objectives. It is an environmental charity working to make the Stroud Valleys a better, healthier place for present and future generations.

By working with us you could:

  • Enhance your reputation as an environmentally responsible organisation, sending positive messages to your customers, staff, suppliers and the local community
  • Share the benefits of SVP's brand recognition and reputation
  • Build staff teamwork and job satisfaction through fundraising activities
  • Make the world a better place!

Here are the main ways we are already supported by businesses, but we are always open to new ideas.

Corporate Membership

Becoming a corporate member of SVP clearly demonstrates your commitment to environmental sustainability. You will be supporting local conservation activities that benefit wildlife and enhance local quality of life.

As a member you can improve team engagement through staff volunteering and secondments, and even through improving biodiversity on your premises - help us to help your local habitat!

Corporate Membership costs depends on company size.  If you want to support SVP by becoming a Corporate Member and would like more information, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to discuss how best we can work together.

Sponsorship

From bat surveys to hedge planting, We don't just talk about it, we get on and do it – but we need your help.  We already care for a range of local sites, and we want to take on more, but we don't have the funds.  Contact us find out how your sponsorship would allow us to work with a local farmer to improve care of a heritage orchard, help improve the biodiversity of your local park, or help with one of the many other ways in which SVP improves your local environment.
